Welcome back!

Here's hoping everyone had a great summer. We're looking forward to a wonderful, musical school year. We now have a music bulletin board outside of the main office. Check frequently to find out important dates and news from the music department.

Beginning Band

-Students who are beginning band for the first time this year should plan on attending the Band Rental information meeting this Friday, September 10th at 3:30 here in the music room.

Beginning band parents should attend even if you are not renting an instrument. If you can not attend the meeting make sure your child picks up the information packet from me some time this week.

Students in 5th-7th grade who are beginning an instrument for the first time should plan on attending Bonus Band after school from 3:20-3:55 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays beginning Tuesday, September 14th. Please make sure that the students staying for after school band are picked up promptly as I have other classes and obligations shortly thereafter.
